“When a client’s eyes reflect that they truly feel heard, it is a gift that affirms my passion for this work. It is my greatest privilege to give others the dignity and validation that every person deserves.
Life is often hard (to say the least!), and having a space to share the depths of one’s self can be a uniquely life changing experience.”

How We Might Work Together

Finding if we are the right match usually takes 2-3 sessions, however, my style often matches well with clients who are willing to recognize and address the therapeutic relationship as a major part of the healing process. While symptoms and treatment are paced based on the three phase trauma model of safety and stabilization, processing and reconnection, the therapeutic relationship is addressed and considered at all phases of therapy.
