Groups and Programs

Group counseling provides a unique opportunity to be in community with others who have experiences and feelings similar to yours. Groups are a special place for being seen and validated by peers, learning from the group's sharing and interactions, and finding support and healing from the relationships that form within the group.

Women’s Trauma Recovery Group

This goal-oriented group focuses on decreasing the impact of past trauma on your current life. The group is open to female-identified adult survivors of interpersonal trauma (e.g., emotional/physical abuse or neglect, sexual abuse/violence).

Separation from Abusive Families:
Systems, Safety, Stigma, and Support

Drawing from research on estrangement, attachment, and loss, as well as personal and clinical insights, we will explore the resistance and resiliency of both client and clinician in navigating the multifaceted process of separating from abusive family members. (3 CEUs available.)
