Thank you for visiting my bio page. I hope that what you read provides validation for what you are experiencing and hope for healing. My passion is helping people heal from experiences that have left them hurting.

My experience has taught me that to heal trauma, we must do deep work with all parts affected by trauma - body, mind, spirit, and relationship to self and others. Of the utmost importance to me is building a safe and trustworthy relationship with my clients. I am committed to pacing trauma work so that my clients feel safe and respected while addressing their trauma.
